14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

How to return an item

Email us at admin@lavenvalis.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will send you return instructions. Please send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

Lavenvalis covers the cost of return shipping.

Hygiene exception

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products whose protective seal or packaging was removed after delivery cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original condition can be returned as described above.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at admin@lavenvalis.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
