2. Contract formation

The presentation of products in our store is not a binding offer. By placing your order you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation or ship the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payment is made with the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery and returns

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Your right of withdrawal and return conditions are described in our Returns and Refunds policy.

5. Product information and use

Our products are cosmetic products and are not medicines. Please read the ingredient list and usage instructions before use, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test first.

6. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and as required by product liability law. In other cases we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

All content in this store, including texts, images and logos, belongs to Lavenvalis or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Governing law
