Where we ship

We ship to Germany, EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Hong Kong.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and packed within 2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. In total, please allow approximately 7 days from order to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders of 69 EUR or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Taxes, customs and duties

All prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Hong Kong), import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
